Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. The candidate should possess basic calculation skills and have the ability to provide accurate feedback to customers regarding their inquiries. A key aspect of this role is to establish and continually enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding customer expectations and needs, and addressing them responsibly and effectively. Maintaining confidentiality of information is crucial, and the candidate may be required to perform other duties as needed.
Qualification and Skills:
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must be 18 years of age or older, and both undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply. Flexibility is essential, as occasional work during nights, holidays, and weekends might be required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, with fluency in English.
The candidate should have access to their own Desktop or Laptop, with a minimum i5 processor and 8GB RAM. Operating system requirements include Windows 10 and above. Additionally, a working web camera and USB headphones with an attached mic are necessary. A reliable Wi-Fi or Broadband connection is vital, with a minimum speed of 20MBPS for both download and upload.
