We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. The position will require the first three months to be in the office, followed by the option to work from home. In addition, there may be a requirement to work from the office for six days every two months.
Candidates must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu. The job will involve speaking with customers over the phone to address any issues they may have, ensuring that their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be dealing with customers from all over India, and we take pride in the high level of service we provide to them.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, are team players, have a positive attitude and are committed to their work. The ability to work flexible shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45 PM (for a minimum of 9 hours) is also required, and candidates should have a typing speed of at least 20 to 25 WPM. The maximum age limit is 32 years, and we welcome candidates with any educational background, including freshers and those with experience in the BPO sector.
