The Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL) under DRDO is hiring for 127 posts of ITI Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act of 1961. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for DRDO-DMRL Apprenticeship must meet the following criteria:
Education Qualification
- Fitter: ITI Pass in Fitter Trades
- Turner: ITI Pass in Turner Trades
- Machinist: ITI Pass in Machinist Trades
- Welder: ITI Pass in Welder Trades
- Electrician: ITI Pass in Electrician Trades
- Electronics: ITI Pass in Electronics Trades
- Computer Operator and Programming Assistant: ITI Pass in Computer Operator Trades
- Carpenter: ITI Pass in Carpenter Trades
- Book Binder: ITI Pass in Book Binder Trades
Age Limit
- Candidates’ upper age limit should be 55 years as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Selection Process
Selection for Apprentice posts at DRDO-DMRL will be based on the performance in the Matriculation/ITI Examination. A merit list will be prepared according to the scores of the candidates in the qualifying examination.
Application Process
Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the Google form provided on the official website of DRDO-DMRL. The registration number obtained during application must be filled in the Google form. Further verification will be conducted during the selection/document verification process.
