Job Description: Lead Shift Operations in Grocery Fulfillment Center

About the Role

The role of Lead Shift Operations in a Grocery Fulfillment Center entails driving Grocery Fulfillment operations to meet requirements and implement high-level process solutions. This role involves leading cross-functional activities and managing timelines for field operations to support operational metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Warehouse Order Management (WOM) & Inventory Management: Ensure efficient WOM and effective inventory management.
  • End-to-End Warehouse Operations: Oversee operations from inbound processes to return procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of executives and a large task force.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels through physical counts.
  • People Operations: Manage both off-role and on-roll employees.
  • IRN Creation & Sanity Checks: Oversee IRN creation and conduct sanity checks.
  • Manpower & Roster Planning: Plan workforce and roster effectively.
  • Coordination with BD/Vendor Team: Collaborate with business development/vendor teams.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle vendor onboarding and offboarding in internal systems.
  • Escalation Handling & Invoice Activities: Manage escalations and invoice activities, ensuring reconciliation with data storage systems.
  • Safety & Quality Standards: Define and enforce high safety and quality standards, ensuring 100% adherence (Zero accidents/incidents).
  • Managing Prexo and Physical Counts: Oversee Prexo management and physical counts.

What You’ll Need

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA (Preferred)
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant industries such as Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, Operations, etc., with at least 2 years in team handling.
