Job Description: Customer Support Executive – International Chat Process
Intouch CX is excited to announce immediate openings for Customer Support Executives in our International Chat Process. We are looking for talented individuals who can join us without delay.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through chat channels.
- Professionally respond to customer complaints and strive to resolve them according to established guidelines.
- Prior relevant experience in customer support is desirable.
- Ability to build rapport and establish a positive connection with customers.
- Preferred candidates with a good understanding of eCommerce websites.
- Knowledge of mobile and computing products.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent comprehension abilities.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Undergraduates and above (No backlogs and not pursuing any regular studies).
- Minimum understanding of customer service principles.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Willingness to work night shifts or late night shifts.
