What to Expect:

Your role as a Sales Professional at NxtWaves will be dynamic and diverse. You will act as a mentor and guide, providing career advice and counseling to potential learners. Our Intensive Program can truly accelerate their career, and you’ll be the bridge to help them recognize its effectiveness and uniqueness.

You will be responsible for the entire sales closing lifecycle for your assigned leads. From initial phone/video calls and product demonstrations to sales closing and post-sales relationship management, you’ll play a vital role in our learners’ journey.

Your meticulous approach to maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and providing constant feedback on lead quality to the respective team will be crucial in refining our strategies and ensuring continued success.

Language Requirements:

Being a native speaker of Telugu is a prerequisite for this role. Additionally, good proficiency in English is considered an added advantage, as it enables better communication with a wider audience.

Work Environment:

Currently, the position offers a work-from-home setup. However, you should be flexible to work from the office whenever required. We follow a 6-day workweek, with rotational week-offs, tentatively finalized at the beginning of each month. While Saturday/Sunday are not mandatory week-offs, we promote a healthy work-life balance and ensure adequate rest and recreation for all team members.
