Working Schedule: 5 Days with 2 Days Rotational Offs

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability in both written and verbal communication.

  • Active Listening: Skillful in listening actively and addressing objections.
  • Customer Focus: Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and adaptability in diverse situations.

  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Hindi; fluency in South Indian languages is advantageous.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of customer-facing work experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrity and Customer Priority: Prioritize customer needs and uphold integrity in all interactions.
  • Inquiry Handling: Address basic inquiries related to PhonePe accounts and transactions.
  • Channel Efficiency: Ability to switch efficiently between phone and data channels.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Follow prescribed process guidelines to resolve issues.
  • Building Trust: Foster trust with customers through effective interactions.
  • Productivity Targets: Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
  • Resource Utilization: Utilize internal processes and resources for issue resolution.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate issues when necessary and seek support from relevant teams.
  • Process Enhancement: Propose enhancements to existing processes.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers to maximize their utilization of PhonePe services.
