Job Role: SST-Chat Support Location: Remote Work

JOB DESCRIPTION: Position: Associate Location: Remote Work (6 days working with rotational off) Number Of Openings: 25 Salary: INR 17,000-19,000 (Take-home pay)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle a high volume of incoming queries.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain trust and rapport with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Meet team targets and maintain quality standards.
• Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduation/Post-graduation degree.
• Must have a laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or e-commerce.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Typing speed of minimum 40-60 words per minute.
• Strong writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant demeanor.
• Analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree.

SKILL SETS:

SALARY: INR 19,000
