ROLE:Customer Onboarding and Training
Location: WORK FROM HOME
- Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
- Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
- Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
- Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.
- Bachelors /Masters Degree in relevant fields
- 0-1 year experience in relevant fields
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English/local language)
- Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
- Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail
