Position: Customer Support/Merchant Support Associate Industry: BPO Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Education: Any Graduation Location: Hi-tech City (Office-based) Working Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational week off; day shift only (09:00 AM- 06:00 PM) Salary: 240,000-350,000 INR per year Contact Person: HR FINNY – 8019579443

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer and merchant calls
2. Address inquiries, surveys, and feedback related calls
3. Resolve customer queries over email and calls
4. Solve customer problems and concerns

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Hindi is mandatory)
2. Freshers with good communication skills in English and Hindi are welcome to apply
3. Voice/Semi Voice/Tele calling/Customer Service experience is an added advantage
4. Willingness to work from the office
5. Good typing skills (25-30 WPM)
6. Immediate joiners are preferred
7. One-way cab facility is provided based on shifts
