Job Description: As a Digital Relationship Executive at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and building strong relationships through digital channels. You will engage with customers primarily through chat, email, social media, and other digital platforms to provide excellent customer service and support. You will also have the opportunity to identify sales opportunities and promote company products or services to customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through digital channels promptly and professionally.
- Providing personalized and efficient customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through ongoing engagement and proactive communication.
- Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions, products, or services to meet their requirements.
- Identifying potential sales leads and opportunities, promoting upselling or cross-selling options when appropriate.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant information in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to deliver accurate information to customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using digital communication platforms such as chat, email, social media, etc.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar customer management tools is a plus.
